The Collectors Centre (formerly called "The Stamp Shop" 1965-1983) began trading in Scarborough in 1965, the Collectors Centre Online is a partnership recently set up by the owners of the Collectors Centre, registered at the same premises.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your UK statutory legal rights.

Secure online payments are safely collected through PayPal, using your credit card details or your PayPal account. We (Collectors Centre Online) do not have access to, or use of, your credit card or Paypal account details.

Disclaimer

The items listed on this website are listed honestly and in good faith. We strive to keep the website up to date, however the website is updated irregularly and not in real-time, therefore items listed may no longer be available, we do not send alternative or similar goods without your express permission.

We do not sell 'toys', all items are designed and sold for adults, none of our products are appropriate for children.

Collectors Centre Online does not keep a stock of all items continuously, occasionally we may have a customer order fulfilled by a retailer / distributor or manufacturer, on our behalf and at our discretion.

Terms & Conditions

All items listed represent an invitation to purchase, we accept responsibility for the sale only once the order is verified and the item has shipped to the customer. We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any transaction at our discretion.

All items listed on the website are displayed in UK pounds (sterling), we do not currently take alternative currencies, therefore any monies sent directly to the Collectors Centre Online must be in UK Pounds, we reserve the right to refuse all other forms of payments. Credit/Debit card Payments over the phone will be processed in UK Pounds, your banking provider may charge a (small) fee for the exchange conversion.

We take other currencies directly over the internet via PayPal, where you should / may be able to pay in your local currency.

All references to £1.50 UK Delivery, Carriage and/or Postage, mean that

• Any item under 1kg in weight will dispatched at the £1.50 advertised price, with no surcharges, handling charges or similar.
• This website, the myCollectors website and the Collectors Centre shop prices are not matched, variances may occur either way.
• Any item over 1kg or more in weight will usually incur a small handling charge, this will be a charge based near the cost of the delivery. A summary of the charges we make is in the table below.

Posting Charge for all orders Outside the UK and under £125 is about £5.50. Use the 'Add to Basket' icon at the bottom of most pages to add the outside UK Postage charge. All orders over £125 or 1kg (UK) 500g (Outside UK) in weight are priced per order. Please Enquire first.

If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, you may be responsible for paying some form of your local government import tax, if such a tax is levied then it is entirely the responsibility of you, the customer, to pay any such charge.

Please note that as many of our products are original Collectable's, we cannot Guarantee the availability of any specific product. If appropriate we always try to obtain items quickly and competitively.

Back orders: We endeavour to keep all the items for sale online, constantly available, if we sell out of an item we will place it on back order - but only if we will be able to fulfil the order quickly. Otherwise we will contact the customer and offer a full refund, or the option of keeping the item on back order until it becomes available.
